867 Stanley Street is the childhood Home of our Executive Director William Rivas. The Hamilton Hill Neighborhood was known for Crime and Violence, and unsafe living conditions. A lot has changed in 20 years.

Founded in 2024 By Executive director William Rivas. The goal was to give teens in our Community a safe place to learn, and interact with community Mentors. This program provides Educational support, Entrepreneurship Classes, Financial literacy classes, Workforce Development and Life skills.

With our Community Partnerships and collaborations we look forward to a Generation of community Youth who are Creative, Community Connected, and tap into the spirit of leadership. We are excited for what the future holds not only for them but for the City as a whole.
H.O.P.E, Empowerment, Leadership
H.O.P.E.
This H.O.P.E project Is the brainchild of Schenectady’s own Entrepreneur and Global Speaker Trent Griffin-Braaf. The Success map Initiative created by Trent is a one of Kind experience he brings to youth, Justice Impacted Populations and Adults. Trent is known for his “Felon to Forbes” Mantra.

At C.O.C.O.A House Inc, we strive to empower every young person in our community. Our mission is to provide access to opportunities that help them achieve their full potential.
Leadership
At the 518 Empowerment Center we promote Youth Leadership and Legacy Building. The way we do that is by making sure our participants have access to Nationally Recognized and World Renown Leaders and mentors such as: Trent Griffin-Braaf, Sharon Burnstein, more.
